None of our products are made from animals, or animal fur of any kind. The hair used in manufacturing our hats is a synthetic hair or "fur".

It is important that you care for your SnowFire product appropriately to ensure its longevity.

We recommend hand washing your hat in cold water with a mild laundry detergent and hang dry.

DO NOT PUT YOUR HAT IN THE DRYER OR EXPOSE IT TO HIGH TEMPERATERS OF ANY KIND! This could result in damaging the hat. Each of our hats comes with care instructions.
